MoHun’s Sunshine Ministry was founded by Maureen A. Hunter, a devoted woman of faith with a heart for the overlooked and homebound. After years of personal ministry and care, Maureen was led by the Holy Spirit to create a space where the love of Christ could be carried outside the four walls of the church—into the homes and hearts of those who can no longer attend in person.

Our mission is rooted in James 1:27, which reminds us that pure and undefiled religion before God includes visiting those in distress. We believe in the healing power of God’s Word, the warmth of personal connection, and the joy that comes from simply showing up for others.

To bring spiritual comfort, connection, and care to the sick, elderly, and those with limited mobility through visits, Scripture reading, prayer, and encouragement.
